Accessibility statement

Our aim

This website has been built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means:

• the text resizes and reflows without loss of content;
• colour contrast meets the AA threshold for body text and controls;
• the whole site can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus;
• images have text alternatives, and the pages have a clear heading order;
• animation is subtle and respects the "reduce motion" setting in your device or browser.

Known limitations

The carer application form is hosted by Google Forms, so its accessibility is provided by Google rather than by us. If you would prefer to apply another way, call us on 07412 556546 and we will take your details over the phone.

Telling us about a problem

If you find something on this site that you cannot use, please tell us. Emailadmin@growcareagency.co.uk or call 07412 556546, describing the page and the problem. We will get back to you within five working days and do our best to provide the information you need in a format that works for you.

Enforcement

We are a private organisation and are not covered by the public sector accessibility regulations, but we take accessibility seriously and treat WCAG 2.1 AA as our standard.
