Grow Care Agency is a healthcare agency committed to supporting and caring for adults in our community, so they can keep living the lives they want at home.
Grow Care was set up to provide quality care that meets the real needs of older people and younger adults. Our focus is simple: exceptional care for the people who need it, and peace of mind for their families.
Our trained and skilled healthcare staff deliver safe, individualised, person centred and compassionate care to everyone in their charge, in their own homes, across London, Kent and Medway.

It can be as small as learning that someone takes their tea before their tablets, not after, and building the visit around that.

Personal care is never rushed, doors are closed, and choices are always the client’s to make.

Trained carers delivering individualised, compassionate support.
Every carer completes safeguarding, moving and handling, medication and Care Certificate training before a first visit.

Supporting adults and young people to stay in the place they know best.
Familiar surroundings, own belongings, own bed. For most people, home is where they recover and settle best.
